التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لأبناء النساء العاملات في المهن الهامشية

This study aimed at identifying the distinctive traits of psychological and social adjustment for children of three groups of mothers:\r\n1- Group of mothers who work in marginal jobs.\r\n2- Group of mothers who don\'t work.\r\n3- Group of mothers who work on other different jobs.\r\nThe descriptive analytical method is used. Stratified random sampling technique is used to select the sample of the study, which consisted of 120 children (males and females) aged between (9–12). H.B adjustment scale is used as a main tool for data collection. T-test used for analyzing the data.\r\nThe study yielded the following:\r\n1- The main trait for psychological and social adjustment for children of mothers in the first group is negative.\r\n2- There is a significant difference in social adjustment between the children in three groups in favour of the third group.\r\n3- There is a significant difference in psychological adjustment between the children in the three groups in favour of the third group.\r\n4- Significant difference is found in psychological and social adjustment among children of mothers in favour of females.\r\nFinally practical implications and suggestions for further study were offered.
