هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أنماط التفكير (العلمي، الابتكاري، التوافقي، التسلطي والخرافي) لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية وغير الحكومية بمحلية أم درمان. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (61) مديراً ومديرة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من مديري المدارس الحكومية (24) مديراً ومديرات المدارس الخاصة (37) مديراً ومديرة. استخدم الباحث مقياس أنماط التفكير إعداد علويه مصطفي. استخدم الباحث الأساليب الإحصائية (ت) لعينة واحدة واختبار أكثر من عينتين.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن أنماط التفكير تسود بدرجة كبيرة، كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أنماط التفكير تعزى للنوع (ذكور/إناث) أو نوع المدرسة (حكومي/غير حكومي) أو الخبرة التدريسية. واختتمت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
Abstract (English)
The study aims at investigating the types of thinking (scientific, innovative, adaptive, authoritative and superstitious) of the headmasters of government and non-government secondary schools in Omdurman locality. The researcher has used the descriptive method. A sample of (61) male and female headmasters was selected randomly during the year (2011-2012).\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nThe researcher adopted and modified the scale of types of thinking by Alawiya Mostafa. Statistical treatments included the T-test, mean and standard deviation. The results revealed that the thinking patterns prevail to a high degree. There were no significant differences attributed to gender, type of school (government or non-government), or teaching experience. The study concluded with a number of recommendations and suggestions
